I can't get into biolabs anymore?
The portal into it isn't there. I heard someone mention you might have to do the quest now, so I checked the biolabs quest instructions, and the first NPC isn't there. So..what's going on now?

The Soul Linker spell 'Esma' cost 150SP (at level 10) to be cast.
It should be 80 at level 10.
Basically according to the description its 10SP*SkillLV but at level 10 instead of costing 100 (cost 90 at level 9) it should drop to 80.
New Info:
Actually 150SP is what is written in the job screen. However using the skill will cost 80 sp
