Ok so I thought I'd share my "art" with you all. I've been drawing as a side hobby to my studies since early childhood, switched to generic animu at 11, switched to a more unique style somewhere along the way. I still think it's rather anime-ish but w/e. *H*

Nice art. Although you say its not in anime style, it is actually the evolve form of which fuses somewhat of realism with anime style. A good example of an anime that would have this kind of art would be Witch hunter Robin. This kind of style is usually use on animes concentrated on genres of mystery and action pack hack and slash. I also want it coloured Ok

Oh god I'm sorry but please don't compare my style to Witch Hunter Robin. I really hated that gothy skinny sickly style AUGH ;;;
Lol yeah when I usually do comics I tend to move towards horror/action, and I definitely get my influences from animes from Studio 4C, and various other artists focusing on a superflat style. I've just never been a big fan of the shoujo kawaiidesune Lucky Star style.

xD No worries. I was just giving out an example though since that popped out first in my mind. Changing your style in drawing is hard though, so if you love that kind of style your doing right now then stick with it. But if you don't, then you just need to search for some other styles that you love and practice right from the beginning Ok

Lol well I wouldn't say I LOVE my own style but, it's just what I'm used to I suppose. *H* Well this definitely isn't my only style, I change it depending on what genre I'm working on, but I like to keep a diverse range on things.
