Im afraid i cannot, how ever i look for this find the answer, so i would really love to have to help on this riddle.
you may have to fix it, before you can infuse it.
our first and only guess would be a broken kettle but we are not sure how to infuse, specially since the term infuse is to upgrade, cards and items are nearly rising the possibilities of been everything.

Oh and for the record, from the dictionary defintion of infuse:
2. (transitive) To steep in a liquid, so as to extract the soluble constituents (usually medicinal or herbal).
