didn?t find anything with the search function or i feeded it with the wrong words
at my discription it tells me that it can be used on mobs getting 2*moblevel sp by a chance of 20%
but i can only use it on myself - on monks in pvp i didn`t test

It's the same thing as healbombing. You have to hold shift or use /ns.

why is it even a problem? 100% would be hax imho...
it really is a great skill... combined with the proper use of heal, absorb spirit means you can hunt until 89% OW without fish or healing items...
