I can't play ragnarok. I dont have video card. But I have my generic internal memory graphics from my motherboard. The problem is, I format my computer and I dont have the driver for my mother board. What can I do? Whenever I open HeRO it is patching. But can't able to open the game.

If you're working on a PC
Or you can just right clic your "My PC" icon, and select "Administrate", and look for your Videocard in there.
After you find out what your videocard model/serial number is, you can just google it and find the appropriate drivers.
