well for those really opting for high end gears, now there are diab boots, so their previously top-tier +9 tidals are somewhat obsolete. In the meanwhile, those who liek agi will always go for blb (look how much demand there still is for crest of rider[1]s eventhough there's the dragon manteau-vest combo) thus why those who already have better gears have an option to also gear their loliliekagi chars...
