recently theres been alot of selling of accounts going around. And in a few cases it has ended in people getting screwed because the seller didnt change the email and pass recoved and got the account back. GM's have chosen to not intervene in it at all and in fact frown upon the transaction.
My Suggestion is why not just ban the selling of accounts. Discuss. I wanna hear what you think the downside to that is, the upside, w/e you have to say.

well heres how to help in the buying and selling of accounts
when you sell and account simply text in the disscusion box that you are Lending him/her the {$$$} for 3days. or untill the email is changed to {add it here}. if the email isnt changed by this time. you will pay me back the money you owe me. then screen shot this.
then the gms can help you because it sais clearly that its on lend.

i don't see why that activity should be banned, the act itself is normal (selling hardwork for z, let's just call it labor[salary, wage, w/e], lol), i think what we need is to implement good rules against scams

I'm for Fabre's idea of a contract in screenshot. However, if the GM's still choose not to intervene, then just ban the action. That'll put an end to it all anyhow.
I mean, in the vein of balance and whatnot, how is spending 40m or w/e on a 9x/6x Prof balanced? o_o

Dont know if that first part was aimed at me, but ya ive bought accounts and ya im happy i did. I havent had problems with scammers though. Other people have.
Making rules against scamming would get complicated. Cause what if someone stole your account and when you pass recoved it back they complained and had "proof" that you sold it or something. Banning it doesnt have those downsides of getting complicated. Its just someone says they got scammed BAM BANHAMMERS FOR EVERYONE.

i think our IP address we use gets listed for every login so i guess that can make the "they logged it in and makes screens" invalid
