The following list is a people of "minor disputes and offenses" yet GMs are unable to contact these people within 3 weeks or more to ask for an explanation or to hear their side of the conflict. We even started using public broadcasts once per day to try to find these people, and we just never see them at all. To put an end to the tickets, we have decided on the following:

How Long: 1 day
Reason: randomly insulting another player for reasons totally unknown

Reason: KSing creator mushrooms, didn't stop even when asked to

Name: ben 10/devin5000
How Long: 2 days
Reason: KSing creator mushrooms, didn't stop even when asked to, plus numerous other previous mutes/accumulation of faults outside of this particular ticket. Confronted by GMs, but not cooperative and tried to shrug off responsibility.

Reason: stole fish off unloading pets from other players, then delete character involved with the act

How Long: 3 days (unbanned saturday early morning)
Reason: continued to persist in annoying/insulting other players just 1 day after long pep talk with GM team about the problem and supposed promise to not do it again under any circumstances.
GM pep talk is no joke. We do keep a record on everything. When we give you a warning, we seriously mean it.

Reason:
-continued DB breaking on purpose against other player to kill that player (and many, many other innocents/friends of the main victim) after jailed for same crime
-insults
-no remorse or sign of ending the problem
-threatened player not to contact GM "or else"
-death threats
-self claimed that he will "never be banned" regardless of what happens ("Veteran" status does nothing here against breaking the rules. No such thing as immunity unless you never break the rules.)
Warning: any continuation of this problem will result in 2 week ban of all related accounts instead of one account like now.
If you have problems with a particular player, and is unable to resolve the conflict personally (we always encourage you to try to resolve problems without GMs first), ask the GM team for guidance or report the player if this player is breaking a rule, send in a support ticket with evidence. Under no circumstances do you "take 'justice' as you see fit" nor does "the end justify the means in the name of 'justice'."

How Long: 1 week forum ban
What he/she did:
-constantly starting flame baits over long period of time
-insult other players for having different opinions
-using age as excuses to avoid rules (doesn't work that way)
-previous offender who has been forum banned before already for the same thing
Warning (1): Starting a new forum account in an attempt to avoid forum ban will result in permanent forum ban
Warning (2): Grow up after this incident and learn to behave as we have gave oral warnings over this type of problem many times already. Next time if we have to punish over over forum behavior again, it'll also result in permanent forum ban
Forum punishment will have no carried over punishment on ingame character unless player tries to dodge a permanent forum ban.
