-disrespectful towards heRO server players and community
-ignoring recommendations and pleas of both GMs and players to stop rude forum behavior, ignored GM warnings, ignored last warning of "last strike" for forum behavior
-insulting towards players who disagree with him in forum
-insulting towards several members of the GM team in forum
-multiple forum offenses in the past
Bloody is permanently banned from the forum, but can still play heRO. If found to circumvent the ban with another forum account, a stronger penalty will be applied. Bloody will still be able to log on the server and play with no penalty regarding this forum ban, unless he tries to bypass forum ban.

What he/she did:
-self proclaimed "unbannable, whatsoever"
-accumulation of numerous small offenses over many areas in very short time, such as:
a) vending in middle of the street
b) disturbing other players by purposely filling up other players' pets with unwanted items in fishing, even if asked to stop
c) rudeness to other players
d) ignoring advices from other players regarding heRO rules
e) fish stealing, then blames the victim for being 'careless'
f) kill steal, then blames the victim again
g) GMs had to speak with him before about some of these problems and gave a warning, but player seems to have taken no heed to the warn and continue to disturb other players in heRO

What he/she did:
-June 17th server time early morning, started a new novice "Monkey D. Luffy" to greatly provoke, use highly inappropriate languages and insult heRO server community on Main while re-creating novices to escape GM's mutes/jailing, escalating the conflict
-Admiral Bloodline is banned until he writes an apology and an assurance to abide to heRO server rules to GMs in support ticket. His account will be unbanned 3 days after the GMs accept this support ticket.

I don't think the excuse of "oh he just didn't know how to play the game to know that he should reply" when you have a lv 95 knight and using proper elemental weapon to handle various monsters in Gonryun Dungeon 1 work or make any sense at all. Many methods are used, including broadcasts, disguises, PM, talk, and even KSing/Buffing/Healing his monsters to wait for just any response.
