-Swearing on main under the guise of a new novice
-evading mute by recreating novice, taunting GM by saying "you can't do anything with new account"
-fully intentional, directed, and unprovoked

What he/she did: Abused his GM powers in more than one way, including giving his character 2 MVP cards.
To him: you bring shame to the server, to the GM team and to all your friends and guildmates, I hope to never see you again.
Let it be known that Kohaku is added to the list of perma-banned people, he is not welcome any more on this server. Should he make a new account, failure to report any knowledge of the banned players trying to come back to heRO will be considered an offense and punished accordingly.
To those who had shared their password with this individual, you are to change it as soon as possible.
A few other people have received a ban related to this matter, those bans are temporary, however before I unban those accounts I'd like to have a chat with those people in regards to the server rule, more specifically the one that states you must not tolerate or assist in rule-breaking activities, it is any player's duty to report if they are aware of any abuse. If you find your account suddenly banned and you think it might be because of this, email me at pandorathatsme at hotmail dot com.

An update on Mass/Kohaku (see 2 posts ago):
A lot of people as asking what he did, he abused his GM powers in more than one way, including (the main one) giving his character 2 MVP cards, shown in the logs.
From our research so far, he helped himself only and has not given illegally obtained items to friends.
