When you say make an offer on the lot I'm not sure if you mean you wanna sell ALL of those things at once or not, but if not then...
I will offer 24m for all of your Stems, Poison Spores, and Fabrics:
17,973 Stem x 500z ea = Roughly 9m
18,264 Poison Spore x 500z ea = Roughly 9.2m
3,603 Fabric x 1.5k ea = Roughly 5.5m
So in total 23.7m ----> 24m
In case you were wondering how I came to that total price. lol
And those are all current in game prices for said items as far as I know.
