We originally stated that at least 20 prizes would be given out to Winners, however upon the hard voting for all the great submissions we have, we decided to award 21 prizes.Guideline For Claiming Prizes

Didn't stop multiple Selkie entries winning last card contest.
I assume selecting the cards to use ingame is a later process, completely separate from the judging.
Entries being judged on their own merit, and not set against others, so to speak.
