Veteran Rewards Bug - GM-Pandora - 07-04-2013 07:35 PM
There is unfortunately a bug with veteran rewards that affects some players, but not all, making them unable to pick up those monthly rewards.
If you're unable to collect your veteran rewards please post your character name here or via support ticket.
Make sure you're trying to collect them on an account that is 3+ months old and on a level 90+ character.
