Card Remover Question .. - kaizuke05 - 01-02-2014 02:04 AM

So why this server doesnt have a Card Remover ?? is it imbalance to have it ?? cuz for me its not .. Card Removal requires you to choose what to save, is it the card or the item where its compounded .. so its balance right ??

I think card removers shouldn't be here, but what the hell, the GM's caved in and gave us a job changer.

I think the best way to uncard your gears would be to sell your wrongly carded gear to the NPC. That way your weapon would be gone, and so would your cards. That's balanced in the truest sense of the word.

Implementation of a card remover would mean even lazier noobs, and a worse off economy, due to lack of people farming for weeks or months, and fewer of those potentially useful but unwanted cards that you got by accident while hunting your crap.

Im used to play highrate RO servers for at least 5yrs,

and all i know, the best way to survive in WoE, PvP, BG is have a switching element of weapons and armors .. so u mean switching is for noob ??
--
I want a card remover because i place my card at Adventure Suit[1] and what if i got a better armor .. so u want me to farm again from that freaking 0.03%

--------------
but anyways i like ur answer maybe its just, i knew that card remover is not implemented in this server after i put that card on my armor ..

I would have no problem with that if the removed card is destroyed, if it's not, then this would be way too OP.

Don't put your card in an adventurer's suit. Think carefully about what you put your cards in. If you want an armor back, you can always stat enchant it, and it will either uncard, or break.

Yes. We all have for the span of the 7 years the server has been up.

I agree with The Legendary Joe. They caved in once so cave in again. However If I would to personally use it aka useful.
1:You should have to option to retain either the gear or card. With the other breaking.
2:100% success.

It might make ppl more lazy yes, it will also help ppl getting items that is not on the market. Bad for the market good for the player doing the quest. How does the need of the few outweigh the needs of the many dono. A GM response would be nice.

We had an option of a card remover as a one-time deal at a fairy auction. It was frowned upon by many of the GM's of the time, but it was placed in the auction regardless. However, a change of heart and running from pitch-forks caused the pack to be replaced with something rockier.

I don't expect to see a card-remover anytime soon.... Or ever really...
