excuse me gm but i was lvling my homu at poring island and i got some error, i thought was sprite error and i clicked enter...i clicked clicked clicked but the error doesn't stop, if i quit ro and restart it i keep the errors and i can't do nothing with my char...
what can i do? please help me isuppose i miss the AI file but i don't know where to get it...i tried to redownload the hero installer but my char doesen't work

It's probably a sprite error since it's the window with "ok" to click and keeps coming, try opening your Sakray.exe and let it run until fully updated.
If you keep getting it after updating, take some screenshots of the errors you get.

Make sure to patch both heRO and Sakray.
Did you try to equip a hat when it crashed?
Can you post a screenshot of your RO folder please?
