| A workaround is to get off from Peco, log out and log in again. Skill point usage will be available. There is a Peco npc southwest house from Prontera Kafra, inside reset house. |

| It's on the laboratory entrance, floor 1. Needs to use a geek glasses, grampa beard and laboratory permit to enter. Or come from floor 2 and walk towards top part of map. |

| Depends on what you like. I prefer 1 Agi stat spread, and it can reach 170 aspd or so. It's decent with Maces and haven't found any need for higher aspd. |

| Cart Termination doesn't take damage modifiers % like race/element/size into account in it's calculation. Giant Axe with +atk cards, like Zipper Bear is a fine choice. |

| Anything that is sold nowadays can run RO. It is really a simple (and old) game. Just go within your budget and try to find something you like about the notebook. Or use other game as base. |

| Architecture might be an issue. If you are not familiar with doing command line work arounds, might be straight easier to get a laptop. It's doable, but needs to set up some configurations beforehand. |
