indeed there is a palette with just the angel wings on both side, i wish those were 5th gen wings instead xD

That should be final level for decidedly neutral heroes. If they ever get wings or something.

I've seen those before, it's just a mix of 2 previously existing custom wings. I guess I could consider for neutral perhaps one day. But we got Zen Helm to take care of first.
