Registering is important in the US.

In Canada, you just need to be 18, a citizen and go vote.

Important too.

Take the time, it doesn't cost anything.

They really should make it compulsory already. XD

Aussie system works nice and well.
You turn up, and get your name marked off.
Then if you want to vote, then you vote.
If not, then after you get marked off, you leave, or put in a blank ballot. But atleast it shows you but a little effort/thought. XD
