Dissapearing Avatar?

Everytime I upload an avatar, it dissapears after a day or so. What's wrong?

try to link one instead of uploading it. Never had that kind of problem. Give me all the details please (image type, size, steps, etc.)

I have been linking it, the picture in general is this one.

I just go to the CP, and click change avatar. The avatar URL is still the same, but it won't show. The URL also still shows when I click the button, so I know it thinks I have an avatar. Then again, I don't know if it shows for all other people. I'm hosting it personally, but sometimes I am unable to see it at other places.
