Hey, I am trying to return to heRO since a while ago. I have tried my best to fix this problem on my own and I just can't figure out what to do. I have been desperate to play the game but when I installed this error popped out when I clicked login:

I have been talking to GM-Pandora through support tickets. Even though the GM was very patient and helpful, nothing we tried worked (still a big thank you from me). I ran heRO as administrator, fully patched, used compatibility mode with windows XP (I am using windows 7) tried the other different methods of downloads provided here on the forum.


If it helps as an incentive, I am more than happy to share you some of my zenies in the game if you somehow guide me through this "CANNOT PLAY RO" crisis. Since they are of no use to me anyway if I cannot play. I created this forum account and this thread title because I reallyyyy hope I can get all the support I can, whereas if I use my normal account maybe fewer people would care

hello there, try putting your ro folder on C: it may cause some problems if you have it on D: , also maybe downloading ragray would help as i got a problem that looked alike, just download ragray from other place and then the heRO server on that folder, i'll explain it in more detail and provide a link if you cant find a ragray download, i hace class right now so i made this fast, good luck with your problem!

I know this is going to sound stupid but I have to ask: I downloaded ragray, what now? lol! Do I put it in heRO folder or something? Thanks for helping out.

I got really confused back when I installed ragray, too. This thread has some helpful info about the install, and what order to do it in.

yeah, install ragray in another directory, that is completelly apart from the old ro, then put the heRO server there, it should work like that, if not follow demishock's post, either way good luck with that :D
