Update mini installer?

I just downloaded the mini installer, and I just noticed. The patcher is doing a LOT of patches, so I opened the neoncube.ini file to see what number it was set to, and it seems to be set at 133. Are we not at 154 or something? Just wondering if we could possibly get an updated version so we don't have to redownload patches from 2010-06-09. Dunno if the full installer is like this either.
