Suggested Mage/Wizard Stat Point & Skill Set

As a mage (not talking wizard here)
lvl 10 fire, lvl 10 cold, lvl 10 lightning, lvl 5 fire ball, lvl 5 fire wall, sight, 6 frost driver, and then 2 in increase SP.

That would be final build, j-50.
Work on bolts first, then go for firewall, then pick up frost driver near the end.

That way you can do all elements of bolting, you can also vertical firewall if needed, as well as just general frost drive, freeze and run tactics.
