I think HeRO already has enough "newbie hand holding" with buddy beanie, free warps, DG, etc. Ask any long time veteran and they will tell you the game is already way too easy than it was before. Players have done fine without job changer or increased rates in the past. It would be redundant and unfair to older players to implement these features now.
