Chronicle of Heroes ~ Hour Zero Approaching

A warp portal opened up just outside the Administrative Office of the Midgard Expedition Camp. Adelaide stepped out, with her troops following behind. She met with a pink-haired woman inside the building.

"You've finally arrived." The woman exclaimed, slowly fluttering her wings.

Adelaide shook her head, and took a deep breath. "Sorry Pixie. There were some delays, but we're ready now. How are your troops doing?"

Pixie's expression turned slightly more sombre. "They're ready to defend the camp at any cost."

"Kushiel may attack at any moment." Adelaide reminded the fairy. "Let's have our troops do some training exercises." She added, as she turned around and exited the building.

The time of the final battle is upon us. As specified in The Golemancer Quest dialogues, Kushiel plans to release Nyddhoggur's Shadow upon the world with the help of his golems and his special Dreamstone Crystals. It is up to the heroes to put a stop to him.

The date of the final battle against Kushiel is Saturday, April 16th, 2016 at 8:00 PM EST.

• The heroes will depart from midcamp, travelling through Splendide Field 02 and 01 until they reach Yggdrasil's Root.
• Kushiel will be located somewhere in the second level of Yggdrasil's Root. There will be additional custom mobs in these floors. When found, The Golemancer will talk and attempt to convince the Light Siders to join him.
• Shortly after, depending on how things go, Kushiel will attack.
• What happens after he is defeated (or not) is yet to be revealed.

The event will start at 8:00 PM EST, and is estimated to last about 3 hours. There will only be 3 Map-Wide resurrections during the trek to Yggdrasil Root's Second Floor, and 3 More during The Golemancer battle.

If The Golemancer is defeated, the story will continue. What will happen then? We shall see, but be prepared for more battles. As mentioned in earlier posts, the final battles involves over 15,000,000 HP. Kushiel only takes up 5,000,000 of that.

If Kushiel defeats the heroes and all map-wide resurrections have been used, the story will continue as well. What will happen, though, when The Golemancer uses his magic to release Nyddhoggur's Shadow? He has already expressed his hatred of the Dark Allegiance. But will he be truly able to control the dragon and do his bidding? Think on that.
