Emily Lawson found the crazy merchant at Glast Heim Sewer F1! It was disguised as a robed fairy and was selling the following:

1 Blue Fairy Wings
1 Costume Elven Ears
1 Dreamstone Charm
1 Taini Egg
100 Taini Pet Food (Star Dust)




The merch has hid again somewhere, good luck finding it!

Hint: It's not Tahiti, but the crazy merchant is in a magical place.
