I thought you needed high hit rate to hit those things o.o~ The only ones who can hit at low level are mage which I don't see how it could be that bad.

Beside, this means that greatest generals are bad too =D They require less hit rate and give decent exp also~ GG can't walk so that won't solve anything ^_^

But in reality, I think it's fine~
