yes, because people who have never heard of DST should have the foresight to google "DST", amirite?

checks forum early march - ooo ok, toh is march 29th, goes to check time
check's @time in-game and compares with own watch - ok, 10 hours difference. Sets alarms in handphones for 7.30 am march 30th.
gets on at 7.30 am march 30th to register, finds out he/she logged 30 mins late. Nice.
