Regarding fish/pot spamming in WoE

I do believe it's more of a matter on the sheer amount of fish we have available now thanks to the advanced fishing spot (fairly recentish). I do look forward to when Pandora gets around to changing it up and making it a bit harder.

So what, before this month people were not smart enough to use fish? o_O castle was brought to 60 eco while advanced fishing spot and nemo/dori/mutant existed.

Getting back on topic, this is what I (Huntress) would personally suggest (just myself, not speaking for my gm and certainly not for the gm team) in terms of changes:
-Remove ability to use Nemo/Dori inside castles.
-Add 1 more status to angel during woe.
-Raise the chance to poison from Mutant fish during woe.
-Leave the rest as is.

Don't forget there is also a change coming to advanced spot.

I think we should just let the GM team take a comon decision, and stop arguying, unless there is any further suggestion/issues to bring up.

Poor Sekaru, I can't just make a general warning post, you think I'm talking about you even if I didn't name anyone. Please take a little break and read the first post, this poll is about how the fishes should react in woe. Not about the last month of woe which is where this conversation is going. lol aki no one was taking but me and huntress and hmm how the fishes react in WoE is exactly what I was posting about... wether its last month or 3 months ago the idea is still fishes in woE and were using last month because the POLL CREATOR aka master chief was adressing what he's seen in the last month.. plus since Master chief said it was ok and he created the poll I think I'm in the clear

and yeah double checked the ones who bruoght it too a month (the people you were telling to get back on topic) were me,Huntress and Master Chief... and since master chief created this poll and huntress is omnipotent I think my assumption was pretty well made now wasn't it?

+1 to huntress' ideas. well... at least the disable dory nemo part .

i dont think fish are the reason people arent keeping castles. like huntress said, no one has been trying recently cuz of school and stuff.

my primary concern is the class imbalance. all those points have been stated so theres no reason to go through it again.

Heres my suggestion:

Reduce the healing effect of nemo/dory and add a new fish to replace it, the blow fish, which has a chance to coma you. After all, who does nemo think he is healing so much? Clown fish don't taste that great ^_-

I like Hunt's suggestions but perhaps a little tweaking could make them fit better.

-Remove ability to use Nemo/Dori inside castles. <<Great idea but I think we should remove angel fish as well. Anything that doesn't have an npc purchasable alternative. Not sure if that would include Mutants>>
-Add 1 more status to angel during woe. <<I think they should be taken out so that doesn't apply much but in the case that they aren't then something actually harmful should be added such as coma>>
-Raise the chance to poison from Mutant fish during woe. <<Poison is weak. Make the status effect External Bleeding so people might actually worry about it>>

That would also mean the disabling of blue pot fish aka salmon and Mutant since blue pots can no longer be purchased...
