Headgear Updates
- Drooping Eddga, Garm Hat, Maya Helm, and Flowers of Tanee are now upper headgears instead of Upper and Mid, can now be refined, and have a level requirement of 30 instead of 50. In compensation and for balance purposes, their property resistance has been lowered to 10%.
- The Costume versions of the above hats are now upper as well.
- Witch Hat has been updated to be the same as the above headgears. It now reduces damage from the ghost property by 10%, and when spiderweb wings are equipped, increases damage against the ghost property by 10%. However, it does not change armor property.
- Spiderweb Wings no longer requires witch hat to be worn to allow usage of Soul Strike, and its level has been increased to Lv 5 instead of Lv 3, to match the "3 Bolts" attack from the elemental wings.
Other Item Updates
- Nightmare Ancient Mummy Card's chance to cause bleeding was increased from 0.20% per refine to 5% with no refine requirement, to match closer what a mobbing class can pull off.
- Nightmarish Mummy Card's status effect was changed from sleep and curse to blind and curse, and now requires the above card to inflict the extra status.
- Little Fatum Card's chance to cause the blind status was increased from 2.5% to 5%, closer matching flash arrows' rates (10%). It also increases resistance to the status by 1% for every level of napalm beat learned.
- Boitata Card's effect has changed completely, in order to reserve Fire Breath's autocast for a regular monster card. It now takes the unreleased Gold Scaraba Queen Card's effect, becoming a headgear card, providing 3 STR, and immunity to the silence and sleep statuses.
Note 1: These updates took effect yesterday, but item descriptions will be properly visible in the next patch.
Note 2: Some days ago, GM-Aki did a serverwide search for MVP/Miniboss cards listed here to know if any were carded already and found none. This means that there should be no possibility of someone with a now-headgear-slottable Boitata Card in a Garment. However, we still want to ask the following: if you or someone you know has a recently-changed card that is no longer in the correct slot, please submit a support ticket so a GM can properly decard and return the items. Failure to do so can be considered abuse of exploits, which is a punishable offense.
