Same, I have done every pre-quest, and most of the story quests that are in the sever, a few have yet to be implemented.

Also if youre asking in a public forum and people respond dont go around calling them ignorant. We have most of the things from that episode, the fact that we have some while not others doesnt make it misleading. Misleading would be having nothing at all.
