Questions about Potential BK

i've tried BKing with a TSS - it really is not optimal...
i remember a certain baby monk who ASURAed to earn her keep as a BK...

personally joe, i feel you'll lvl your monk much faster and cheaper doing new world / imps / faerie dungeon / plain old sleepers...

drops from new world/faerie dungeons will net you moar moneh too...

and if you ever got to doing the sign quest - PROFIT!!

In terms of speed in leveling up, Dark Pinguicula should be the absolute fastest way to go at it, but OHKOing them is certainly an annoying challenge for a monk due to their type/element. But hey it can't be much harder than the weapon you considered to be a BK anyway no?

I'm leveling through Monk as combo, but I'm kinda bored with combo, and I've never really toyed with spirits

It's a cost efficient but time ineffective path heh... combos are stupidly costly on SP so you can't use them that often consistently, and as a monk your combos' power are very limited too.

it's not that bad if you get monk link, but linkers who get more than level 1 monk link are rare. can't be too sure on the costs, but I think it goes from 15 SP per combo to 5 SP per combo, and the fact combo finish is a 5x5 splash means that you'd need to use combo's less.

Personally I think that monk link's effect should be the *standard* effect of combos to begin with.

lol, you can do it even without that imo... I BK on an esma linker or dex clown (or prof if I'm proffing there for some reason XD) and generally get 6-9k per holy esma and almost a stunlock due to estun. Mind you, being a bit more ammo based on a monk, yeah that might be a little slow without DSC.

Oh, and Name is actually kinda fun on that esma linker of mine.
Between HJing around the map and killing the occasional ninja....
My current best esma there was a little over 60k XD Not as good as my prof who, if she used Imps, could probably oneshot a necro with lex and good rolls (using siromas I'll kill a necro in 2-3 casts depending on matk rolls (assuming no lex)).

Oh and I generally see profs at Name when either a friend of theirs is running the party, the party is Bragiless (or doing some similar half-baked party (STALKER CLOWN PROF, ALL YOU NEED, GAINED AT 98 TRANS ^^)), or at 70-8x. Because trans 70-8x Name is really good exp.
