If you want to make both servers work you need one server that reads from a data folder and one server that doesn't. You put the sclientinfo.xml from the server that reads from the data folder into the data folder.
If you have no idea what I am talking about you should just make a separate RO install for each server.

hmm...for those of us that are computer illiterate, what exactly do we have to do in order to be able to play on both servers?
I really want to try this server out and I'm currently on another one so if anyone can help me out here that would be great! I don't want to end up screwing up my files to the point where I can no longer log into either server. D:
If you got enough computer space, simply go to your RO folder c -> program files -> gravity, there you will see the "RO" folder. Copy and Paste it, rename it to RO2, now you have your other server in RO folder, install the september patch of heRO in the RO2 folder.
Use hero.exe in RO2 folder to play on heRO (you can create a shortcut and drag it to your desktop for easy access).
If that's not clear let me know where you blocked and we'll try to help you solve it ^_^
can I post two screenshots of my RO folder and one of the other server's folder? for some reason..all the RO and Sakray stuff are in the other server's folder, and there's absolutely nothing in the RO folder. (I will blot out the other server's names in the screenie >.>)
It's fine lol (I like how you covered the eyes too XD!!)
Well, here's what I suggest.
Make a copy of xxxxxRO folder (in your gravity folder) and name it heRO
Remove their 2 exe (the ones with ro red-hair-dude-icon).
Apply the hero september files to that heRO folder.
Launch hero.exe to play, let us know if it works properly.
