What kind of backpack this year?

I'd rather have an upper or mid headgear if anything... I like having wings and flying around like a beautiful fairy of death. Magmaring(ceeuute), Pumpkinring and Pandaring backpacks would be awesome though.

Also, why are the backpacks only available during anniversaries???I always seem to miss these events.??Seems something so useful should be available to everyone year-round.??=/
