Verified. Dark Blinder completely negates shotgun frenzy. If the game mechanics didn't change in this update, then get out those zweihander and off to some powerful rune usage.

It still depends... that's why it's called testing before official releases.

You forgot about new mechanics again... no longer any hard def and soft def. All def are now direct reductions. They are both direct subtractions.

What does this mean?

Your Bishop isn't going to cut out 50% (assump) + 30% (shield card) + 50% on top of that (50-ish def) and then some more. Assumptio will only double the *value* of damage you subtract in new remake because it now increase your def by 100% and not cut damage by 50%. Your 50 def is essentially -50... so you got the shield to cut it by 30%, then you do a nifty -100 dmg, and then you take the full force of the attack.

With new mechanics like that, and if you still want to do things like thor and nameless, you grab that 5k heal and spam the heck out of yourself. You need it since your defense is going to drop by at least half as current mechanics.

On the other hand, it's a bit of an old news but only now am I notified myself: These items are obtained from the new KvM game (Kriger von Midgard). It seems that I was wrong on how battleground items probably stay in battleground: they do not.

(note: do keep in mind... 70% built in extra damage against demihuman is essentially saying it is pre-carded with hydras in a sense. Up to you to interpret if that is considered broken or not.)

It is now possible to reduce Storm Gust by a full 100% without god item or using water armor, completely negating it. The future for wizard is getting very, very dim... all hopes for wizard depends on the warlock's area poison spells, unless they are going to do some massive tweaking.

Maybe in a 1v1 pvp setting if they havn't changed the way ele reducs are working. In a group setting like WoE it won't be too much of a problem due to all of the AoE skill that are going to be stacked in the precast.
