Little update:

Since the CP is down and I'm not sure yet how long it will take to fix, I've enabled account creation.

To create a new account, enter the login name you want (login name, not character name) and add "_M" or "_F" after, depending if you want male account (_M) or female account (_F). Enter your password normally.

It will create your account, then the next time you want to log in, remove the _M or _F and log in normally.

For example if I want a female account for Pandora I would enter:

name first time I log in: Pandora_F
name second time I log in: Pandora

If you need any assistance, I can still create account manually too.

can you post that somewhere where new people can see it o_O

I knew about the new heRO, but i cant use it.

I did all what you said to do, but when i try to log in , always show
me a messeng : Failed to Connect to Sever.

Can you Help me ?
