-> Yes. Gunslinger skill "Tracking" buffed with priest skills and Lex Aetheana on Geo. The bottom screenshot is a 97 clown Arrow Vulcan with MATK+10% thingy and his dmg is near 12k.
I mean.. Lv 46 1st character vs LV 97 transcedant 2-2 character... Even though gunslinger was buffed that's insane. All snipers are crying after looking at this lol

You'll see that gunslinger AND ninja go to job 70 (along with their respective job bonuses) So it looks like no 2nd classes for them, but would you REEAAALLY need it?

And by the way, no matter what happens, Gunslingers are still ranged attackers, they will be owned by Crusaders and Priests (like archers) concidering they can yes divest weapon, but not shield.
