Binkw32 error

May I suggest copying the .dll into your Windows/system32 directory ?
It usually fixes it when I have this problem.

That happened to me like 40 times until I looked back on ratemyserver.net and I saw I was downloading kRO Sakray instead of kRO Ragnarok, huge difference between those 2. Also, if when you're first extracting the file into your RO folder (the screen with a picture of some girl with pink hair) during most of that the thing is extracting it should read data.grf, but at like 98%, it should go through about 100 things. If you made the same error that I did, it will read data.grf all the way through. What fixed it for me was downloading kRO RANGAROK from ratemyserver, or you could just download the full installer which is like the same thing but less complicated.
