Character deletion

I need to delete my character, but I cant seem to delete it. is there a certain level that i need to be in order to delete it?

No, there is no level requirement, just that you have to put in an email to delete it.

yes i put my email but it wont delete.

edit: i registered in-game so would that make a difference?

Yes. If you registered via the _M/_F, you won't have an email linked to your account, and as such, just need to leave the email field blank when deleting.
