Disconnected from Server..over and over

I get disconnected from heRO LITERALLY once per minute if not more often while playing (don't believe me? i got about 50-60 screenshots of myself getting disconnected.).

I was wondering if there is some kind of setting I can change that I haven't already, or if I could disable something that may be causing the problem...The web browser works fine, and the other computer in the house does not encounter the same problem.

I have already tried re-downloading the game before, twice if I remember correctly. Somebody help me!

Did you update with the patcher also?

Make sure you've updated, also which installer did you use? You need either the full or the mini + sakray.

I always start the game with the patcher, and I used the full installer with BGM

It does sound like Sakurato has a point. Do you have anything else you play online that you can check?

It's not wireless, and I do disconnect from yahoo instant messenger, sometimes, but not nearly as much as I do from RO.

(btw thank you for actually trying to help, I just now got a reply from a support ticket on my old server, that i posted almost a year ago lol)

Do you have a lot of programs running? It could be caused by the server cutting your connection because you're late in replying. You as in the computer/client.

Try heRO as the only program going on the net and see if it still happens.

There is no message or anything? Just shutting down? Do you have more than one server in the folder?

?? lol I guess I just need a new modem or something, ours is a bit old. It hasn't always done this, and it's progressively getting worse.

?? HeRO has always been the only thing i have running while playing, except when I occasionally go to RMS to check something or sometimes I have windows media player running (without visualizations to ensure no lag)

?? I do get a message, Disconnected from Server, the I have to log back in....which gets me killed often and is keeping from lvling my 98 rogue >.< (Very irritating, indeed)
