By "dice game", do you mean Craps, or like Golden Sun-style "Lucky Dice"?
Anyways, I don't think they'd be really good ideas, as Black Jack is a countable system (unless you shuffle the deck every hand), and "Lucky Dice" (which *is* at least *loosely* based on craps) was nothing but a gold farm in Golden Sun 1 and 2 (which is pointless if you count RNs and Savescum the blacksmith- all the endgame stuff is either a drop, chest, or forged (in the second one)).
Now, you could always import Roulette and Slots, ala Pokemon, since those were just masochism-machines, and it was always *far* easier to just buy coins than win them...
Living in Vegas myself, Slots are the most common, though table games generally seem more popular. It's probably because that, while table games are still games of chance, they are, at the very least, *perceived* to take skill.
Unfortunately, most of the really drawing table games fall under "multiplayer", and would require a little bit too much AI work, and DCs/Lag/AFK would all but ruin any card game (except Solitaire. But Solitaire (regular, Freecell, and Spider) aren't good for gambling, since win rates on those are *generally* really high) that requires other players to act.
Interesting idea, but implementation would be... Painful.
