oh god another WoE thread

Hi, so, it'd be really totally awesome if allies aren't booted from the castle when an ally breaks an Emp.

Would this be too hard to do, or is there some obscure WoE balancing thing going on, or what? :o

This actually makes some sense. But likewise, if you wanted to WoE with your allies, it'd be better if you were all under the same guild, particularly for recalls too. Then again, I guess it would mess up the members who are in your guilds for social or casual reasons other than WoE. This even kinda happened to Robots, which is mostly full of our WoE'ing chars, rather than chars we play on and can get in touch with.

Overall, useful idea, but abusable. The reason being that allies of one guild aren't allies of that guild's other allies. If guild A has two allies B and C, B and C aren't necessarily allied, meaning B and C can take turns breaking the emp (and economy), while A can stay in the castle the entire time and defend with no interruptions. This would make it very easy for a guild to completely destroy a castle's economy, a strategy Behemoth used to destroy Pront's economy when Robots held it for a bit.

From what I recall, robots were created for a very similar purpose.
