My question 1: It says during WOE hours but not only WOE guardians. Does that include 40% dmg on Thors guardians during woe hours?

I know its also a quest item.

My question 2: Price check please?

No sword guardians and bow guardians are not "guardian" subtype. Only those in WoE counts. It was debated in the past if heRO wants to customize the change so elder card applies to them, and it was decided "no" back then.

Price? Maybe 1m or so iirc. It's really only used for quest.
