Sad GM's help please! a friend of mines stuck

a friend of mine, shes stuck in al beran near the ports, her character name is Lina, could somebody help her out please? Icon_sad

This is what the ticket system is all about.

You would have been better served filling a ticket so every GM could have looked at it.
