RE: Question about homuncs

Lif
- very frustrating to begin with
- no burst damage moves before evolution
- most expensive feed and really requires potions
- needs the most attention and time
- terrible choice for RO newbies
+ incredible attack power once evolved
+ not as fragile as she looks
+ gives potion a decent value

Amistr
- no burst damage skill
- not much attack power
- hard to train up
- needs a lot of attention and time even after evolution
- moderately expensive feed and needs high potion supply
+ very tough and hard
+ drains HP when attacking after evolution
+ super tank and very helpful for AD or Agi Battle creators
+ can really heal a whole lot from a single potion

Vanilmirth
- rather weak attack power and pretty low HP and SP for continuous bolting in the beginning
- final attack isn't really the last resort attack as it needs high HP for high damage and it'll hate you for it, not like it matters
- pretty delicate although most of them can be healed pretty much with potions
- the random element bolt may kill you in many situations
+ every brewer should have them, really improves success chances
+ can do melee and ranged magic attack
+ not entirely sure, but according to IROwiki, the 2nd, scary looking, sprite is not a demi human race, so it can really screw up the enemy's gearing.

Filir
- really makes potions lose their value
- extremely fragile
- very low HP and SP pool
- need to be resurrected most of the time, not SP friendly at all
- had to make it loyal to do insane damage with it's final move only to make it hate you with passion again.
+ really high attack and the burst damage is very helpful
+ pocket friendly, suitable for RO newbies
+ speedy and agile

Not sure about the best situation to put them in though.

RE: Question about homuncs

vanil = brewing purposes, quite good in pvm, not that good for woe because of reducs

lif = tanking, mostly used in woe(from what ive seen) because of mental change, emergency av, high hp, high dmg

amistr = good for tanking, castling is disabled in woe btw

filir = good for making lulz moments

RE: Question about homuncs

Oh yeah, another question is: which stats are more important for each homunc?

RE: Question about homuncs

Lif : MATK, DEF, HP
Amistr : ATK, DEF, HP
Vanilmirth : ATK, MATK
Filir : ATK, Flee

VIT to optimize Potion Pitch(Filir usually have obsolete VIT, vanil's VIT is very random), SP for Vanil and Filir if you want it to spam a lot.
Vanil should have high attack power as well since sometimes the Caprice will kill you if you over depend on it when facing elemental and high MDEF mobs or players.

RE: Question about homuncs

Vanil does not affect brewing on heRO. It's been tested and proven in the past by people infinitely more reliable at that stuff than I.

Unless this SVN magically changed it.

I don't use @main. Do not ask for me there

RE: Question about homuncs

Vanil FOR SURE helps brewing on heRO. I've done over 10000 test brews myself, and I have others who have used Astaroth to confirm it as well. This SVN didn't "magically" change it... SVNs change things because code changes, not because of magic. heRO is just typically behind in updates.

- Albus Dumbledore 99/70 Professor - Albus DumbIedore 92/59 Professor
- AIbus Dumbledore 93/50 Wizard - AIbus DumbIedore 1/1 Novice
- Astaroth 99/70 Creator - Dawkins 99/70 Creator
- Exemplar 98/69 Paladin - Equitas 80/47 Paladin
- Mephistopheles 95/65 Lord Knight - Shogo Kawada 97/67 Stalker
