Failed to connect to server

Dear Admin,

i'm using a quite high speed wifi, and ran as administrator, but i can't connect to heRO server, i had no problem when i'm using mobile broadband.
PS : i have no anti-virus in my laptop

Please give me a quick reply and solution, i try to work it out in someway.

i can connect with every other game, browser and so on that require internet, except heRO, any solution on that?
i restarted my laptop but i still can't connect to the server.

i can see there still around 370 players online, but why can't i connect, surely is not the server that down, probably there some setting connection between heRO and the wifi setting, anyone that experience with cmd or computering might have some solution?

i tried to turn off the firewall, switch everything off, and even my chrome can't connect, so i switch my inbound and outbound to allow option, but still can't connect, after that i directly browse the firewall "allowed program" section, allow the "heRO no death" and "heRO" application, still unable to connect.

anyway, may i know that is Indonesia connection (the IP i currently use and before) were blocked from server? cause, i totally have no problem to connect with my slow mobile broadband.

I really need to know if this IP is banned, cause i'm probably gonna use it for sometime, and i know this IP haven't even being used to play heRO server once, i'm the only one here try to use this connection to play with it.

I can't actually check to see if the IP is banned. That's something we'll need to get Pandora to do. However, since it's simply telling you that its failed to connect, then it's unlikely, I think.
Have you tried logging into the CP with the problematic wireless? What's it telling you there?

Is your wireless and mobile broadband being accessed from the same computer?
What setup do you have for both? Do they go through the same ISP?

i have tried to log into CP, it connect without problem, i can even vote without having problem at all.

the only problem i'm having is connecting to the game.

about the mobile broadband and the wifi connection i'm using have different ISP.

Hopefully, Miss Pandora can check for me, weather if this connection IP have been banned or not, and i hope it doesn't effect other connection, but i doubt it will, cause i have tried connect with other wifi and i can connect easily without having any problem at all.

Well as far as i know, but i can be wrong, if you can log into the CP with no issue's that 'should' mean your account is not banned.

i don't mean my account is being ban, is the IP i'm currently used, isn't banned from connecting to the server?
my account are fine.
