[Rules & Guidelines]
• Deadline: February, 12th at 10 PM (server time, EST GMT-5)
• A player may submit as many entries as they want in any, some or all categories listed below.
• 1 participation prize per player regardless of amount of entries submitted, however a player may win more than 1 winning prize (max 3).
• Any entries submitted may be used for heRO in the future, regardless if it wins or not.
• Please put all your entries in the same post (unless you reach the image limit, in which case put a link to your next post that contains entries), feel free to edit your post(s) until the deadline.
• If your image streches the forum, use thumbnail or link instead.
• Start your post with [In game character name for rewards: "Name"], put your character name in the quotation marks, exactly as it is spelled in game (case sensitive). You'll collect your participation reward on that character via a NPC.
• Do NOT steal someone else's work, if using artwork or other material made by someone else please ask them / credit them in your post.
• Keep things PG-13
• Must be RO related (avoid images from other games, anime, etc.)
• More than 1 player may participate in the creation of an entry, however only 1 person may submit it and collect the participation/reward prize for it, that person is then responsible for prize distribution or any other deal agreed to by the players involved.

• Format: Jpeg (.jpg) OR PNG or GIF
• Animated GIF preferred
• Must display the server name and rates (5/5/3)
• Optional: can display the server logo
  
  Loading Screen:
• Size: 1600 x 1200 (preferred) OR 1024 x 768 OR 1280 x 1024
• Format: Jpeg (.jpg)
• Must display the server logo somewhere on the loading screen, even if very small
  
  Video:
• At least 30 Seconds
• Host it on Youtube
• Showcase 1 or several feature(s) of heRO to promote it to an outside user
• Must display the server name and rates (5/5/3)
• Have the following tags: "heRO", "Ragnarok", "Ragnarok Online", "heRO RO", "heRO Ragnarok", "Ragnarok Private Server", and "heRO Promo" you can add more if you wish
• Format: any that YouTube accepts (.mov, .mpeg, .wmv, .avi)
• Video sequence preferred to screenshots and still images

• Must provide the 8 files for your creation which are:
  • Collection (description) picture in Bitmap (.bmp) size 75 x 100
  • Item (inventory) picture in Bitmap (.bmp) size 24 x 24
  • Drop sprite file (.spr)
  • Drop sprite actor file (.act)
  • Female sprite file (.spr)
  • Female actor file (.act)
  • Male sprite file (.spr) can be the same as female

  Prize for participating: For submitting at least 1 worthy* entry a player will be rewarded once with the following:
• 1 Haircut Coupon
• 1 Event Bag
• 1 Crown Hat:
  If the claiming character is female: Crown of Queen (Left)
  If the claiming character is male: Crown of King (Right)
  
  Both hats have the same stats:
  Def 5, +500 HP & Obtain zeny from monsters upon their defeat
  Upper Headgear, Weight 30, Required Level 50, All Jobs
  Refinable, tradable, sellable and each can be equipped by both gender.
  
  Prize for winning entries: Winners will get their participation prize, as well as their choice from the list below, multiple winners can pick the same prize. There will be between 5 and 20 winning entries.
• Choice 1: 1 Angeling Backpack
• Choice 2: 1 Deviling Backpack
• Choice 3: 6 OCA, 6 Jewelry Box, 6 Hat Voucher, 6 Wrapped Mask & 6 Event Bag
• Choice 4: 25 BG Points, 50 BG Keys, 5 Ghost Scroll & 5 Guild Megaphone
• Choice 5: 3 Enriched Oridecon & 2 Enriched Elunium
• Choice 6: 10 real home made cookies** by Pandora + regular shipping (North-America recommended)
  
  * To be considered a worthy an entry should look like at least more than 30 minutes was spent on it, we reserve the right to refuse entries deemed too "cheap" (avoid stick figures XD).
  
  ** Choice 6 (the cookies) will only available up to 2 weeks after the contest results have been posted.

• Is there a chance you could add custom made sprites for the server as a category too?
  Answer: Added!
• Are we getting new cards?
  Answer: Possibly! I haven't heard a definite Yes or No about it yet. I'll try to keep you updated.
• Do we need to test the headgear on our own server?
  Answer: You don't have to! You can rename the sprite and move it into your data folder, to see it in game. Only you will see the change by doing this. (Updated)
• Do Armors count for the Sprite making category?
  Answer: No, they do not. Since it isn't a visible sprite. We're looking for Upper, Mid and Lower headgears that are seen when equipped.
• What about wings?
  Answer: Yes you can do Wings since they hit the Lower headgear slot as well.
• Why isn't Pouring on the list?
  Answer: Well, he wasn't! But now he is!

Laroc - Request for the Custom Porings, I'll start working on it and update as soon as possible. Due to the posting limit of 10 pictures a thread. I'll update the very first post with as many as I can squish in and edit the rest into this one ^_^
