Outside buffs, those from anyone other than yourself are not allowed. Buff scrolls and foods are allowed. Super Novices can ask me for link to equip weapons/headgears.

I just thought he did add those item bans to expedite fights. Nobody wants to sit down for 15+ minutes watching Champ vs Guy w/ GR for an exaggerated example.

Which also explains why we have no WoE reductions too. Thinking on it further, I think we've had rules like this on PvP for Items events in the past.

Such a shame you gotta be such an *** about it instead of just, you know, asking about the choices for the rules in the first place.

Sorry you took it this way, I guess I sounded like an ass.

I guess I just have different fight tastes than other people. It's really hard to balance this kind of event anyway where some classes are a lot more viable than others in 1v1 match ups. I'm not whining, just curious.

Bump. The event is in about 3 hours!

The event went pretty well. Did a few last minute rule changes to allow people to fight as many times as they wanted until they won 3 times, since people were reluctant to join the chat in fear that something better would be rewarded later on.

Items given out during this event:
- 200 Light White Potions, 200 Light Blue Potions, 30 Light Berserk Potions, 10 Large Magical Defense Potions, 10 Large Defense Potions

- Helm of Hermes with 3 STR inside (Total of 4 STR)

- Hatter Voucher
- Blue Mage Hat with 2 INT inside (Total of 4 INT)
- Romantic Gent with 4 INT inside
- Sweet Gent with 4 DEX inside
- Choice of 10 of any +10 stat food (+10 STR was picked)
- Skull Hat
- Hawk Eye
- 3 Field Manual, 3 Life Insurance
- 15 Poison Bottles, 15 Box of Resentment
- 15 Guarana Candy, 15 Arunafeltz Desert Sandwhich
- 15 Rune Strawberry Cake, 15 Schwartzvald Pine Jubilee
