Zurran found the crazy merchant! It was at yuno field 11, near a boat, selling the following:

- 1 OCA
- 1 Feathered Ring [1]
- 5 Yggdrasil Seeds
- 5 Gold
- 1 Wing of Victory

(info including: any restrictions, any additional clues given, if there even is an active instance at that time - and should merchant have been bought out, this npc would say so)
seeing as it's probably possible now that the crazy merchant itself is an npc?
not that it's an issues GMs have lives to attend to, but the announcement here certainly was a few hours later than the actual find... and I assume this was similarly the case for some previous instances of CM that I definitely checked the map well but didn't find the merchant

anyway customized ring seems to give 3 flee, 1pd, 1 def and the slot for anyone who was wondering, nothing too special though I still see just the very false mdef+1 desc on it, so...

There were far more boats in RO than I remembered! I must have found just about every other Canoe, Kayak, Dinghy, cruise liner, yaht, catamaran, Airboat, and raft and still never found it. Alas, I forgot the original Sleeper map had a boat. Kudos for the find!

This. I've spent a few hours looking for merchants on a couple of occasions just to find out it was gone before I even started, feels pretty bad. If we had an NPC or something to state if it was up that'd be really cool.

The Crazy Merchant has hidden in a green, mountainous region. Good luck finding him!

He's disguised as a red-haired novice, selling the following:

- Red Ferus Egg
- 100 Strawberry (Red Ferus pet food)
- Sigrun Wings with +100 HP Enchant
- 1 Old Card Album
- 1 +7 Mantle enchanted with +3 STR

About a Crazy Merchant status NPC, it's on the test server currently. Hopefully it can be added soon.

The Crazy Merchant still hasn't been found~

Raynian found the crazy merchant! It was hiding at the spot of the first screenshot game (Goblin hills, pront field 11)!

Strangely enough, the mantle didn't seem to have the STR bonus or the +7.



Sigrun's wings work though!


Good place for it, too. Checked all around Mt Mjolnir and couldn't find him, it wasn't until I went around looking for Orc Hero and in the general area that I remembed how hilly those maps are.
