I don't recall this, what event did you take place in? If it was past the previous allowance time then it might have been that. Did anyone respond to the ticket? If you still have the ticket #, PM me it here and I'll look into it.

It was the bday pvp event from 2 years ago. Sent a ticket never got a response. Ill see if i can still find it.

No. There aren't any restrictions on gear. Only the following is disabled:
