Only Oolong and Shizuka Mae are maxed at 99/70, though Nuelle's not far behind at 98/70. Nearly all of the 2nd class chars and all of the transed chars are in the upper 80's-90's.

Anyway, why so many charas....? And whats the ratio of 99/70 (and maybe 99/50 too)?

The Answer to why so many charas is multi-faceted.

First and most common answer is : there are so many builds I want to try. Given how frequently I change my mind on what I want to play, it's A LOT cheaper than Paying the zillions to the Resetter when I want to switch between Full Support, Tanky support, Magnus Exorcismus, Full TU, Melee Battle High Priest, or some other gimmicky set that would probably get me flamed on an official server every five minutes. It's hard enough for me to keep a hold on my money with High Quality Vends like Roger's around.

Second is because I'm stupid and want to gear all of these characters and their gimmicky builds up to the fullest. How do I get such and such a gear most efficiently (outside of buying them)? I end up making chars specifically dedicated to the task of hunting stuffs, Like Rhododendron is built and geared to do large amounts of damage with it's Auto-attacks on dolomedes, and when (transed and) maxed will probably be able to do like 2 k or more per hit, with enough flee to dodge them reliably. It wouldn't have been brought about if Electric Fists were more commonplace, then Okabo probably woulda been dedicated for it.

Either way, I make new characters to farm gears, and I want to gear them up, so I gotta make more characters to farm them gear, so on and so forth.

Third is- You know that feeling when you level up? That thing where you're brain releases that dopamine and makes you feel happy for a sec? I usually get burnt out trying to get that fix when the chars reach the 80's, and from 90's on it's a grind. It's fun to me to see how fast I can get low leveled charas up to that with all of the gears I've acquired over the years. I'm extremely fond of first class parties, but they rarely happen here due to ease of levels to the job change.

There's probably more, but they're not coming to mind at the moment.
